GRESHAM STATION

Gresham Station, located in Gresham, Oregon was the first phase of an 100-acre master planned development. It was one of the most innovative retail centers to open in Oregon in the last decade, and was 98% leased within 18 months of opening. Gresham Station is a part of the Gresham Civic Neighborhood, a mixed-use, transit-oriented development designated by METRO as a regional center in the Metro 2040 plan.

Conveniently located at Division and Eastman Parkway, the site is served by Portland's mass transit transportation, MAX Light Rail, with thousands of passengers riding every day. Gap Kids, Old Navy, Cost Plus World Market, Borders Books & Music, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ann Taylor Loft, Hallmark and a host of other quality retail tenants anchor Gresham Station.

Gresham Station benefits from strong shopper traffic and a history of high occupancy, making it one of the strongest retail centers in the trade area. Income and population growth within the trade area are both expected to continue growing at a higher level than the overall Portland Area.
