GRESHAM STATION NORTH
Along with Gresham Station, Gresham Station North was the second phase of this 100-acre master planned development. Gresham Station North consists of approximately 250,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space, including a state-of-the-art Adventist Health Center and surgery center, 45,000 sq. ft. LA Fitness facility, and the Center for Advanced Learning, a high school for 750 gifted students offering advanced educational opportunities in the arts and sciences. In addition, over 1,400 residential units and many shops and restaurants are planned.
The site includes a second light rail station with thousands of passengers riding everyday. Gresham Station North is the largest mixed-use project in the state with over 400,000 sq. ft. of retail, 1,600 homes, and 250,000 sq. ft. of office space.
The Gresham trade area is one of the fastest growing in Oregon with over 215,000 residents in our primary trade area with average household incomes in the mid-$60,000 range.
