Plaza 205 is located directly to the east of Mall 205 in Portland, Oregon. Located in one of the most densely populated areas of Oregon, almost 400,000 people live within a five-mile radius. An open-air center, Plaza 205 enjoys excellent visibility along SE Washington Street.

A major renovation of this center is now complete. The renovation included upgrading the exterior facade with flagstone accents and new lighting fixtures. Pedestrian walkways and additional landscaping were added. Tenants include Dollar Tree, HomeTown Buffet, Office Max, Oregon State Police, Joanne Fabric and Bally’s. Bally's recently completed a million dollar remodeling project.

A new pad building was constructed on the corner of SE 103rd and Washington. This pad building is home to Old Chicago, and Bon Teriyaki.
