The Rivers at Oregon City is situated near the confluence of the Willamette and Clackamas Rivers, approximately 11 miles from Downtown Portland. Located immediately south of the intersection of Interstate 205 (which connects the state of Oregon’s two other major interstates) and Oregon Highway 213, the site is visible on average to nearly 200,000 vehicles per day.
The Rivers at Oregon City will be the first Lifestyle-Power Center Hybrid in the Portland metropolitan area. The retail mix will include both traditional large-format anchor tenants, as well as over two hundred and fifty thousand square feet of specialty retail tenants providing a diverse blend of products and services within the pedestrian streetscapes of the Lifestyle component.
The Rivers at Oregon City will draw from the strongest income area within the Portland-Vancouver, Washington area, and the fastest-growing portions of Clackamas County. The 2006 Estimated Average Household Income within the Primary Trade Area was in excess of $73,000.
