VALLEY MALL

The Valley Mall Shopping Complex is a shopping destination unlike any other in Central Washington. With approximately 100 tenants, the center includes Valley Mall, Valley Mall Plaza, the Valley Mall Annex and now the new Washington Plaza, scheduled to open in 2012. Located adjacent to Yakima in the city of Union Gap, the Valley Mall and its neighbors provide a wealth of shopping and entertainment opportunities that are only minutes away from anywhere in the Valley, yet almost 85 miles from the nearest competitive regional retail center. This is a key factor in the unusually high level of sales productivity that our tenants enjoy, resulting in some of their most profitable stores in the northwest!

Valley Mall has over 600,000 square feet of department store and specialty retail space with merchants that include: Macy’s, Sears, Kohl’s, Finish Line, Coldwater Creek, Justice, Chico’s, The Children’s Place, American Eagle Outfitters, Gymboree, The Buckle and many other fine national, regional and local tenants.

Valley Mall Plaza consists of over 140,000 square feet of retail space. The Plaza offers the Yakima Valley the opportunity to shop merchants that have only recently begun to locate in Central Washington. Some of the Plaza merchants include: Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross Stores, TJ Maxx, Famous Footwear, Old Navy, Gap Outlet, rue21 and Ulta cosmetics.

Opened in July 2005, the Valley Mall Annex consists of over 16,000 square feet and includes such well-known retailers as Starbucks Coffee, Yo Yakima, Supercuts, Verizon, AT&T and more.

As many of our national retailers have found unexpected success in the trade area, with many stores far exceeding their initial projections, demand has remained constant for more retail space.

In October 2012, we will open the newest addition to our projects in the area with Washington Plaza, a 140,000 square foot project which will bring a number of new retailers to the trade area, including two of America’s finest anchor retail stores.

Our retail projects in Union Gap will continue to offer the best retail locations in the market, with no significant retail competition within an 85-mile radius.
