Many exciting changes have taken place at Valley Mall. The interior has been updated including new ceilings, paint, lighting, and architectural features. The exterior has also been remodeled, including new entry features with exposed timber beams and windows.
Valley Mall is anchored by Sears, Macy’s and Gottschalk’s. Many new tenants have opened to great success, including American Eagle, Hot Topic, Journeys, Pacific Sunwear, Just Sports, The Buckle, Christopher & Banks, Foot Locker, Claire's and Fred Meyer Jewelry.
In addition, our adjacent Valley Mall Plaza is now complete. Located on East Washington Avenue, this 11-acre lifestyle center is fully leased with 19 new tenants. The complex is home to Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Hollywood Video, Old Navy, Famous Footwear, Linens n' Things, Pier 1 and Borders.
