Valley North Center is a 270,000 sq. ft. center located at one of the primary retail intersections in Wenatchee, Washington. Valley North underwent a complete transformation from an enclosed shopping center with a weak anchor-store mix to a lifestyle center that includes tenants such as Old Navy, Famous Footwear and Michael's Crafts. JC Penney completed an exterior remodel and expansion and Rite Aid has remodeled its store. Target, Applebee's and Taco Bell are located on freestanding pads.
A new pad building was added on the corner of Wenatchee Avenue and Miller Street and includes a Pier I, retail space and a Red Robin Restaurant.
